The Order of Friars Minor (OFM) will be present at World Youth Day, Lisbon 2023, through the General Office for Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation.
The Order of Friars Minor (OFM) will be present at World Youth Day, Lisbon 2023, through the General Office for Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation.
To carry out the programme on integral ecology, we invite the Franciscan friars to register as VOLUNTEERS and accompany us on each day of the WYD.
Among the activities to be developed are an ecological walk, prayers and Eucharist in the Church of St Anthony of Lisbon, the fourth edition of the Serata Laudato Si’ (musical concert), “Murals for Peace” project, presence in the City of Joy and St Anthony’s Square, meeting with our Minister General Br Massimo Fusarelli, OFM, and our Vicar General Br Ignacio Ceja, OFM, among others.
The formation days will be from 25 to 31 July, and the World Day from 1 to 6 August 2023.
