The JPIC Continental Meetings are an opportunity of formation in which the animators and members of the JPIC Commissions exchange their experiences of local animation work. In addition, it is a space to address the documents of the Order on JPIC and make agreements on how to implement the decisions of the International Council for JPIC.

JPIC animators meet by continent every three years: Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia / Oceania.

The Continental Meetings allow the creation of networks at local and international level, not only among Franciscans, but also with the entire Franciscan family and civil society.
